Job Description:
What You'll Do
Responsible for leading cross-functional team of creative agency partners and business partners to develop and deliver integration communications to further our brand in the marketplace. Responsible for planning, directing and coordinating agency management decisions and operations across marketing teams. Role includes leading strategic development, communications planning and creative development through implementation, as well as leveraging creative capabilities, managing creative practices. Actively manages and escalates risk and customer-impacting issues within the day-to-day role to management
How You'll Do It
• Manages agency relationships, partners closely with internal and external creative & marketing teams • Ensures best in class agency operations and establishes a consistent, disciplined approach for managing agency relationships. Develops tools and resources to strengthen best practices within our model to leverage across the company.• Integrated lead that directs and coordinates agency selection, evaluation, and management activities of the business. • Builds strong professional connections across business & shared services/support functions (Cross Functional Leaders, Marketing Stakeholders, Creative Teams, Sourcing, Legal, Finance, Risk, Supplier Management, HR) and with external partners (agencies, vendors, potential partners etc.)• Leads cross-functional team to develop integration communications including communications strategy, creative development through implementation.• Manages key end-to-end integration creative & marketing projects from briefing through implementation including managing agency partners ensuring adherence to timelines and processes (e.g., creative development, legal reviews, etc.), and managing testing and evaluation of creative, etc.• Contributes to building brand presence in the marketplace and contributing to overarching business goals via implementing communications strategies to impact our position in the marketplace.• Responsible for regular communications / presentations with marketing and executives.
Qualifications You'll Need
Minimum Requirements
  • Bachelors Marketing, Communications, and Business Administration and Management
  • 8+ years Marketing, Management, Brand Communications, Project Management, Integrated Marketing, Advertising or related
  • In lieu of education, must have at 10+ years of Marketing, Management, Brand Communications, Project Management, Integrated Marketing, Advertising, Payments Services or related

Preferred Requirements
  • 10+ years Marketing, Management, Brand Communications, Project Management, Integrated Marketing, Advertising or related

Compensation:
The base pay for this position generally ranges between $106,000.00 to $178,800.00. Additional incentives may be provided as part of a market competitive total compensation package. Factors, such as but not limited to, geographical location, relevant experience, education, and skill level may impact the pay for this position.
