The Role:
As Senior Product Manager, AI Enablement and Solutions, within the Credit organization you will be working closely with internal teams/stakeholders and help them navigate their AI adoption journeys while minimizing risk to the business. We are looking for a seasoned professional who will also act as a Generative AI subject matter expert and drive innovation across Credit.
As a Senior Product Manager, AI Enablement and Solutions,

  • You have strong interpersonal skills.

  • You understand/try to understand use cases, user needs, motivations and business goals.
  • You keep yourself updated about new products/services utilizing AI/LLMs and are well informed about the latest developments in the Gen AI space.
  • You are driven by logic and have well informed opinions on different approaches.
  • You are objective - you choose and decide based on what is best for the organization.


Responsibilities:
AI Governance & Risk

  • Review AI use cases submitted by colleagues.
  • Review the introduction of AI capabilities into existing software tools.
  • Drive standardization, design and enforce safeguards.
  • AI solutions Inventory Management.


Innovation, Solutioning & Execution

  • Identify and evaluate opportunities for application of AI capabilities to drive efficiency and delight customers.
  • Suggest compliant alternatives to stakeholders.
  • Work with technology partners to implement and monitor the execution of AI Solutions.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's/Master's in computer science/engineering or equivalent. MBA a plus.
  • 10+ years of experience in product management, technology, fintech or related fields.
  • Must have worked with/built/played with different LLMs such as those from OpenAI, Anthropic, Meta and others.
  • Familiarity with concepts such as Agents, RAG and Evaluations.
  • Credit rating/securities industry experience a plus.
  • Python knowledge is a plus.


We are open to someone being based in Chicago or Toronto. We are operating in a hybrid work environment where we are in office 3 days/week.
