Primary Purpose
The Senior Product Manager role at ADUSA will function as a key leader in the Product organization and will have 360 ownerships of a set of Products through Product functions that span the spectrum from ideation-strategizing to execution-delivery and everything in between. This role will deliver value by engaging our vendors and business partners through planning and programs that focus on Vendor Master Data Management system that is a key product in the Procure to Pay business ecosystem. This leader is responsible for maintaining robust inbound and outbound communications with colleagues, stakeholders, and leadership about all things to do with their product. With the goal of transforming the tools to deliver the best experience for our business users and vendors. you will work closely with your cross-functional teams (business owners, Engineers, QA, UX design) to span the product lifecycle from ideation-strategizing to execution-delivery.
Our flexible/ hybrid work schedule includes 3 in-person days at one of our core locations and 2 remote days. Our core office locations include Chicago, IL, and Quincy, MA.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Lead the development of a product vision, and roadmap with input from key stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to prioritize features and implement roadmap.
  • Lead complex projects independently, develop a robust understanding of our customers, manage multiple concurrent projects, and identify and lead solutions that recognize significant business value
  • Become an expert on your product and champion the needs of the customer and ADUSA business goals
  • Develop a strong understanding of our customers, manage multiple concurrent projects, with the ability to prioritize features based on KPIs.
  • Lead the monthly prioritization of features and understand the art of sequencing their delivery with an agile framework.
  • Vet scope, requirements, use case/user scenario, test case documents and design specifications, in partnership with UX, product managers, QA and design identify areas of uncertainty, recommend solutions, capture buy-in from relevant collaborators
  • Inspire and empower the development teams to deliver innovative and exciting solutions with an appropriate sense of urgency and timeline
  • Blend strong business intuition, technical problem solving, and agile execution by partnering with IT on development, testing & implementation plans, as well as internal communications & deployment plans.
  • Champion the needs of the customer and ADUSA business goals throughout the execution of a project.
  • Proactively identify issues and work with internal partners to understand options and complete a solution.
  • Create evaluation measures for success of program features, analyze results, and partner across the organization to develop action plans and enhancement recommendations.
  • Act as an ambassador for the product internally and as the primary contact for queries related to the product.

Qualifications

  • Agile Technology Development
  • Experience with Jira
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Solid Experience working in an agile development environment and managing iteration-level deliverables.
  • Demonstrated collaborative skills and ability to work well within a team
  • Data driven and KPI focused mindset
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills


Preferred Qualifications

  • Master Data Management/Vendor Management/Supplier Management huge plus
  • Degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, or related fields is a plus.
  • Master Degree in Computer Science or MBA a plus
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in various phases of ideation, execution, or delivery
  • Ability to work with and influence peers and senior management
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented environment
  • Self-motivated with critical attention to detail, deadlines, and reporting


Salary Range: $131,520 - $204,240
