Role Overview

As a Senior Product Marketing Manager focused on Market Strategy, you turn deep segmentation insights into strategic packaging, pricing, and go-to-market plays that drive measurable business growth. You thrive at the intersection of data and storytelling, leading through influence as you collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Growth Marketing, Sales, Fintech, Customer Success, and Analytics to shape roadmap, positioning, and commercial strategy. You are highly analytical, creative, and action-oriented—comfortable shaping narratives from complex data and translating them into crisp briefs, campaigns, and enablement tools that win.

Our team is passionate, empathetic, hard working, and above all else focused on improving the lives of our service professionals (our Pros). Our success is their success.

What you do each day:

  • Define and maintain customer segments using firmographic, behavioral, and product usage data
  • Recommend high-impact pricing and packaging strategies, including industry bundles and upgrade paths
  • Craft messaging and positioning by segment and buyer type, and translate it across web, product, and sales assets
  • Conduct competitive analysis and win/loss interviews to develop battlecards and switch incentives
  • Build enablement materials like talk tracks, ROI calculators, and objection-handling tools; assess their effectiveness
  • Partner with Analytics to design and run experiments across pricing, packaging, and lifecycle marketing
  • Monitor performance metrics such as conversion, ACV, attach rate, and churn; share insights and actions
  • Write go-to-market briefs that align cross-functional teams and deliver high-quality campaigns on time

Qualifications:

  • 5–10 years in B2B SaaS product marketing, growth, or strategy roles with segment ownership
  • Hands-on experience developing and rolling out pricing and packaging strategies
  • Proficiency in data tools (i.e. SQL, Tableau) and business analytics
  • Deep knowledge of research and experimentation methods (e.g. surveys, A/B testing, clustering; MaxDiff/conjoint a plus)
  • Proven success influencing outcomes across Product, Sales, Analytics, and Finance
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required

What will help you succeed:

  • Clear written communication and decision-making using briefs and metrics
  • Strong customer empathy developed through interviews, call listening, or field work
  • Comfort working across both product-led and sales-led growth environments
  • Familiarity with B2B or field service markets
  • Experience with tools like Appcues, Storylane, and Figma (for light editing)
