Role Overview
At Genesys, Product Program Managers are the connective tissue that enables cross-functional teams to operate in alignment at scale. They lead highly visible, complex initiatives ranging from major product releases to go-to-market launches and operational evolution.

Senior Product Program Managers leverage AI-enabled insights and strong program, product, and process management expertise to drive execution and continuous improvement across the company. This role requires strong influence, structured thinking, and the ability to guide diverse teams toward shared outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Structure and manage complex global initiatives, ensuring alignment and readiness from inception through launch, connecting business case development, solution design, company-wide readiness, and execution tracking.

  • Monitor initiative progress, dependencies, and risks, using data and insights to inform prioritization, performance measurement, and executive decision-making.

  • Drive clear communication, transparency, and accountability across cross-functional stakeholders and leadership.

  • Enable teams - from individual contributors to executives - to effectively apply Genesys operational frameworks, tools, and processes.

  • Contribute to the ongoing evolution and improvement of Genesys operational frameworks based on strategic priorities and lessons learned.

 

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in business, operations, program management, or a related field.

  • Five to eight years of experience leading complex, cross-functional programs or initiatives in a global technology, SaaS, or enterprise environment.

  • Demonstrated ability to translate strategy into structured execution plans, manage dependencies, and drive accountability across multiple functions.

  • Experience influencing without authority and facilitating decision-making at senior levels.

  • Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to synthesize complex information for executive audiences.

  • Experience using program management tools such as Smartsheet, Asana, Jira, or equivalent.

  • Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States for Genesys now and in the future without requiring visa sponsorship.

 

Preferred Qualifications

  • Comfort working in dynamic, matrixed environments across Engineering, Product Management, Sales, Marketing, Finance, Customer Success and others.

  • Demonstrated prior experience building and launching software products at global scale.

  • Experience with governance or lifecycle frameworks (launch readiness, portfolio management, stage-gate, offer governance).

  • Background in operational excellence, change management, or business process improvement.

  • Experience applying AI or automation tools to streamline program management workflows.

  • PMP, PgMP, or equivalent practical expertise.

Compensation:

This role has a market-competitive salary with an anticipated base compensation range listed below. Actual salaries will vary depending on a candidate’s experience, qualifications, skills, and location. This role might also be eligible for a commission or performance-based bonus opportunities.  

$108,400.00 - $190,600.00
