West Monroe Partners is looking for a SharePoint Architect with strong technical and team leadership capabilities. This is an opportunity to work in a fast-paced, collaborative, and team-based project environment.  Successful candidates should be driven to provide high quality delivery for clients in a number of industries and be a capable team leader of the technical solution.

What will you do?

Design, Develop, Implement SharePoint based solutions for our clients - Our solutions are On-Prem, Mobile, and/or Cloud depending on the consulting engagement.
Apply SharePoint technologies to solve various industry issues
Work with WMP Solution Architects to design enterprise class SharePoint solutions

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of five years of work experience in developing web solutions on the Microsoft SharePoint platform
Experience deploying intranets, extranets, collaboration platforms and portals
Experience leading teams of 1-3 developers, providing hands-on technical expertise for implementation and execution.
3-5 years of overall project/consulting experience
3-5 years of experience in .NET or SharePoint development
Experience in Cloud technologies such as Azure or Office365
Ability to gather requirements, design, develop, and implement custom solutions on SharePoint technologies
Strong leadership, communication (verbal and written), analytical, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work well both independently and in teams; and perform in self-directed manner and multi-task
Ability and willingness to travel 
 

Technical skill requirements: 
•SharePoint 2010/2013 and Office 365
• Visual Studio .Net 
•SharePoint Designer experience preferred
