Overview: As a Site Reliability Engineer at Litera, you will be part of a dynamic team that is passionate about driving innovation in the legal technology space. You will have the opportunity to work with cutting-edge tools and collaborate with industry experts to deliver solutions that make a real difference in the legal profession. 

 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Support and improve our tools for monitoring production systems 

  • Make technology choices at individual level and has ability to analyze impact 

  • Profile production monitoring and identifies bottlenecks 

  • Demonstrate expertise in writing scripts to monitor systems. 

  • Help businesses develop an overall strategy for monitoring production systems. Contribute to planning and strategy with his/her ideas 

  • Document procedures for logging and monitoring systems 

  • Mentor less experienced engineers in implementing their user stories and defect resolutions 

  • Participate in an on-call Rotation, drive incident resolution and improve platform resiliency 

 

Qualifications: 

  • 4-7 years of Relevant Performance Monitoring Experience 

  • 4+ years of experience with scripting using PowerShell and/or python 

  • 4+ years experience with logging & monitoring tools (Azure Application Insights, New Relic, ELK, AppDynamics) 

  • 4+ years of Azure Experience 

  • 4+ years Experience in a Windows Environment & Linux Environments 

  • 4+ years of experience with code management and branching 

  • 4+ Years of experience supporting client configuration and support 

  • 4+ Years of experience using incident management system 

  • 4+ Years of experience developing microservices with Docker & Kubernetes 

  • Good understanding of standard networking protocols and components such as HTTP, DNS, TCP/IP, Networking and load balancing, and autoscaling

California, Colorado, Connecticut, Illinois, Maryland, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, Ohio, Rhode Island, or Washington Residents Only: The salary range for California, Colorado, Connecticut, Illinois, Maryland, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, Ohio, Rhode Island, or Washington residents is $85,000 to $100,000. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, Litera offers benefits such as a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
