Tech and A lliance Marketing Associate
ZS's Corporate Enterprise Functions operate the firm's core internal functions. Marketing and Communications group helps build the ZS brand, champion thought leadership, support business development and inform, engage, inspire and empower past, present and future ZS people.
We are seeking a dynamic B2B marketer with 4-7+ years of experience to join our Marketing and Communications team. As the Senior Tech & Alliance Marketing Associate, you will collaborate closely with Technology & Alliance business partners and the growth marketing team to understand and translate business goals into effective marketing programs that drive both mindshare and market share.
What You'll Do :

• Collaborate with the alliance and tech marketing teams to help define and execute the marketing strategy;
• Work with growth marketing, communications, ZS Tech and alliance teams, and external alliance partners to execute high-quality marketing activities that drive awareness, create demand, and increase market share;
• Partner with the digital marketing teams to secure and develop social media promotions - paid and organic;
• Collaborate with internal comms team and leverage internal channels to increase awareness of content, sales enablement and events;
• Create and manage ticketing system for new marketing projects;
• Develop a deep understanding of our industries and competitive landscape;
• Support marketing efforts for tech and alliance client and industry events;
• Develop marketing collateral, promotional content, and sales enablement materials such as email copy, brochures, web copy, presentations, and sales primers. Own and drive the content development process, including interviewing SMEs and managing the review/approval process;
• Foster relationships with tech and alliances business stakeholders to fully maximize the potential of go-to-market value;
• Review, analyze, interpret data to create reporting decks to evaluate the impact of marketing activities at both the strategy and campaign levels to understand activity and ROI generated;
• Serve as a subject matter advisor to the business, influencing how the Tech and Alliance teams engage the marketplace to drive relevance, distinctiveness, and growth;
• Contribute to the creation of campaign plans and the development of assets, personas, and customer journeys for activation across the full marketing funnel;
• Perform market research and competitive analysis to support the marketing strategy.

What You'll Bring :

• BA or BS required and 4-7+ years of marketing experience, preferably in professional services or B2B marketing;
• Experience working in entrepreneurial-driven, matrixed organizations;
• Strong project management skills with a demonstrated ability to manage multi-disciplinary projects that drive consistent and measurable results;
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
• Ability to travel 10-15% to support external industry and client events;
• Creative thinker with the ability to come up with innovative solutions;
• Flexibility to work early morning hours and effectively leverage time with global colleagues to maximize individual work impact;
• Must be a self-starter who can learn quickly and independently;
• Fluency in English.

Additional Skills:

• Tech, product or alliance marketing experience is a plus;
• Experience working with data tools, AI tools, ChatGPT, design and web tools like Canva and Folloze is a plus.

Travel is a requirement at ZS for client facing ZSers; business needs of your project and client are the priority. While some projects may be local, all client-facing ZSers should be prepared to travel as needed.
