Job DescriptionSoftware Engineering Managers for Various and unanticipated worksites throughout the U.S. (HQ: Chicago, IL). Manage a software engineering team to lead client focused product development. Responsible for managing software design, architecture, and development of tools and platforms. Collaborate with team members to execute projects, ensuring that all product specifications and requirements are communicated, discussed, and reviewed. Conduct code reviews of team members to ensure that the quality of code is maintained. Plan and execute product development roadmap. Respond to client needs and schedule product deliverables in accordance with release dates. Devise unique solutions and pilot new ideas to add to and create innovations for new and existing software products. Manage release schedules and delivery schedules to provide realistic estimates of timelines and meet deadlines.
