The Opportunity

We are looking for a Senior Procurement Analyst (Indirect Procurement) to support vendor relationships across the business by setting a high bar for optimization and driving processes through to completion. In this role, we will need a highly analytical, creative problem solver who is ready to jump right in and work with a variety of cross-functional stakeholders. This position will involve strategic sourcing primarily related to software/IT products, but this person should be ready to lead the process for a wide variety of categories as needed by the business. The best person for the role will exhibit a high level of ownership and empathy when it comes to fulfilling business needs while balancing those needs with a smart financial approach.

Salary Range: $76,000 - $102,000 (Bonus and LTI Eligible)

How You Will Make an Impact

Vendor & Contract Management

  • Own the end-to-end contract lifecycle management, ensuring seamless coordination across stakeholders keeping processes efficient and well-documented.

  • Foster productive vendor relationships by maintaining clear, professional communication and setting expectations to drive alignment with business needs.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Legal, IT, and Finance, to optimize vendor relationships and accelerate contract execution.

  • Ensure vendor expenses are effectively managed by identifying opportunities for negotiation, cost reduction, and risk mitigation.

Strategic Procurement & Cost Savings

  • Drive procurement and vendor management initiatives with proactive problem-solving, ensuring streamlined vendor performance and compliance.

  • Enhance procurement visibility by tracking and reporting on key functional metrics, ensuring cost savings and efficiency improvements are measurable.

  • Leverage data insights and analytics, including different data elements and pixel types, to optimize vendor performance and sourcing strategies.

  • Hit the ground running by quickly integrating into workflows, identifying key priorities, and making an immediate impact.

Process Optimization & Automation

  • Innovate procurement workflows, eliminating bottlenecks and inefficiencies while driving automation and process enhancements.

  • Develop and refine procurement frameworks, including:

    • Vendor onboarding and risk assessment

    • Standardized contract review processes

    • Efficient approval workflows

  • Streamline communication channels to ensure clear documentation and rapid decision-making.

What You Will Need to Succeed

Experience & Expertise

  • 4+ years of SaaS procurement experience, with a strong track record of negotiating savings and driving process improvements.

  • Experience in high-growth, fast-paced environments, with a demonstrated ability to prioritize and execute multiple projects efficiently.

  • Experience with contract and vendor management tools, with an eye for automating and optimizing workflows.

  • Strong knowledge of SaaS contracts, including digital marketing procurement (preferred).

Proactive & Reliable Work Ethic

  • Remote work experience with a proven ability to self-manage, meet deadlines, and maintain clear communication across distributed teams.

  • Proactive and highly reliable, taking ownership of procurement initiatives and ensuring projects stay on track.

  • Strong customer service orientation, ensuring internal stakeholders receive timely and effective procurement support.

Analytical & Communication Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree with an analytical focus or relevant certifications in procurement, supply chain, or vendor management.

  • Ability to interpret and analyze contract terms, invoicing, and negotiation structures, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of translating complex procurement processes into clear, actionable steps for stakeholders.

  • Strong collaborator, adept at navigating cross-functional teams, providing structured recommendations, and driving the adoption of best practices.
