Engineering & Science

The Specifications Engineer supports tire development by transforming engineering requirements and engineering BOM into detailed manufacturing specifications for tire plants. Acting as a key interface between engineering and manufacturing, this role ensures that design intent is accurately captured, documented, released and maintained within specification systems.
This position focuses on the use of tools and methods for specification writing, data integrity, and system execution, with primary emphasis on consumer tire products and occasional support of commercial products. The role requires strong attention to detail, structured data management, and collaboration across engineering, manufacturing, and digital teams.
