The Role

We are looking for an analytical, prudent, and collaborative individual to act as the translator between the Global Supply Chain and FP&A. The Sr. Business Manager, Global Supply Chain is a partner and steward, working backwards from the budget calendar to drive robust governance and further diligence through reporting & forecasting to ensure rich context throughout our financial process. They’ll work with budget owners in corporate functions and at distribution centers to generate scenario plans and proposals to support financial strategies and adherence to guardrails. Your Impact

The primary functions of this role, include but are not limited to:

  • Owning a robust budgeting process enabled through thoughtful governance aligned to corporate timelines
  • Leading financial reporting and analyses on both a recurring and ad-hoc basis
  • Creating modeling (OpEx and CapEx) for key cost centers to enhance quality of forecasts
  • Generating proposals to enable tradeoff decisions or opportunity realization relative to financial strategies
  • Collaborating with budget owners and leadership to contextualize investments and variances

We’d love to hear from people with

Education/Certifications:

  • BA/BS in a relevant field, or equivalent years of experience. (MBA preferred)

Work Experience:

  • 10+ years of Supply Chain Finance experience (footwear industry experience preferred)
  • 5+ years building and managing complex forecasting models for corporate functions and distribution centers.
  • 2+ year of experience leading a high-performance, collaborative team.

Skills/Competencies:

  • Excellent quantitative analytical skills (Excel required, BI tools a plus)
  • Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, and facilitation skills. (PowerPoint experience required)
  • Well-rounded interpersonal skill set with the capacity to build strong relationships with senior executives, external partners (e.g., 3PL’s), and operational team members.
  • Ability to deliver results in a dynamic environment under limited guidance.
  • Highly strategic thinker with a vast knowledge of Supply Chain across multiple functions.

$155,000 - $165,000

The salary range posted reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this role in our Goleta, CA location. Individual pay will be determined by location and additional factors, including job related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary for your preferred location during the hiring process.
