  • Facilitate campaign success by building solid distribution strategies and execute on operational processes to launch, measure, and adjust campaigns.
  • Own awareness, adoption, and retention campaigns and closely partner with fellow demand generation experts and product marketers to ensure proper messaging and execution across multiple channels (paid, organic, owned, web).

  • Understand Atlassian's products and customer journeys and how to market and engage our key targets and personas successfully.
  • Measure, analyze, and report campaign performance and deliver weekly campaign performance briefs to marketing and sales leadership.

On the first day we'll expect you to have:

  • 7+ years of experience in B2B demand generation.
  • Extensive experience implementing enterprise programs and processes.
  • Understanding and experience working with high-touch sales and low-touch self-serve motions (emphasis on high-touch sales/Enterprise and Midmarket).
