Senior Finance Manager - Limited Assortment
We are seeking a seasoned Senior Finance Manager to join our team, responsible for driving financial analysis and strategic decision-making for our Limited Assortment Channel, including c-store, club, convenience, and dollar, value channels. The successful candidate will lead cost analysis, financial modeling, and P&L development to ensure the company achieves fair share across categories in these channels.

Requirements:

New Hire Base Salary Range:
$118,400.00 - $148,000.00
Bonus: This position is eligible for a performance-based bonus as provided by the plan terms and governing documents.

The successful candidate will lead cost analysis, financial modeling, and P&L development to ensure the company achieves fair share across categories in these channels.
Key Responsibilities
1. Cost Analysis & Scenario Modeling
- Build and maintain financial models to evaluate new pack sizes, sourcing options, and value-engineering opportunities.
- Identify margin, cost, and volume trade-offs to guide agile product adaptation decisions.
- Partner with R&D and Supply Chain to validate assumptions quickly and accurately.
2. Pricing Strategy & Architecture
- Lead pricing strategy development for Limited Assortment formats, ensuring competitiveness within retailer constraints.
- Evaluate price-pack configurations to optimize velocity, margin, and consumer value perception.
- Monitor competitor pricing and customer expectations across club, c-store, and dollar/value channels.
3. P&L Development & Performance Tracking
- Own the end-to-end P&L development for Limited Assortment innovation projects.
- Support business case development for test-and-learn initiatives and scaled rollouts.
- Analyze post-launch performance and recommend optimization strategies based on financial results.
4. Strategic Partnership & Decision Support
- Serve as the financial lead within the agile pod, helping prioritize projects based on ROI and business impact.
- Provide clear financial storytelling to support decision-making with senior leaders and cross-functional teams.
- Collaborate closely with Marketing, Sales, and Category to ensure alignment between financial targets and in-market execution.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- 8+ years of experience in finance, with a focus on financial analysis, planning, and strategy.
- Proven experience in cost analysis, financial modeling, and P&L management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and develop actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong business acumen and understanding of the consumer packaged goods industry.
