Compensation
The anticipated base pay compensation range for this position is $143,000.00 to $238,400.00. This position is eligible for participation in our short-term incentive program in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan.
The range provided is not a guarantee of compensation. The range reflects the potential base pay for this role at the time of this posting based on the job grade for this position. Individual base pay compensation will depend, in part, on factors such as geographic work location and relevant experience and skills. The anticipated compensation range described above is subject to change and the compensation ultimately paid may be higher or lower than the range described above.
Position description:
As a Senior Manager of Security Engineering, you will lead teams of engineers responsible for implementing and operating enterprise-wide security services. In this strategic role, you'll drive the security engineering roadmap, working closely with executive leadership to align security initiatives with business objectives. Your responsibilities will include representing security services across the organization through executive presentations and service management processes, while establishing metrics and continuous improvement frameworks. The role demands a leader who can champion modern security practices like DevSecOps and zero trust architectures, while building and mentoring high-performing engineering teams.
This role is hybrid out of our Lakeforest, IL or Jacksonville , FL office. It can also be remote, if you live out of state. You will report to the Senior Director of Security Architecture and Engineering.
You will:
  • Own and drive outcomes of teams of engineers who are integrating and operating information security services for a large enterprise
  • Drive security engineering roadmap development, presenting to executive leadership and key stakeholders
  • Represent information security services to the enterprise through leadership presentations, roadmaps, and IT service management cadences
  • Establish and maintain security metrics, SLAs, and continuous improvement processes
  • Champion modern security practices including DevSecOps, automation, and zero trust architectures
  • Build and mentor high-performing security engineering teams

You have:
  • 8+ years of information security experience with 5+ years managing security engineering teams
  • Deep expertise with one or more domains of security such as cloud, endpoint, network, security operations, or collaboration tools
  • Track record of successfully delivering enterprise-scale security transformation initiatives
  • Demonstrated ability to balance strategic initiatives with operational demands
  • Strong communication skills with experience presenting to executive leadership
