Job Description
Summary of Responsibilities
  • Manage feasibility assessments for mid- to large-scale projects, identifying network capabilities and developing detailed capital business cases.
  • Oversee the operational commercialization of projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with budget and stakeholder expectations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Procurement, R&D, Manufacturing) to implement innovative supply chain solutions.
  • Lead technical and supply chain readiness to support commercialization activity. The individuals will lead using tools that prepare the supply chain and manufacturing facilities for successful startups for both growth and cost out initiatives (including manufacturing asset optimization).
  • Lead the execution of process improvement initiatives and margin enhancement efforts, focusing on scalability and sustainability.
  • Assess capacity needs for new business initiatives and growth plans across product life cycle. Develop and recommend solutions to provide optimal throughput while maximizing margin. Provide updates to leadership, project sponsors and stakeholders as needed on key initiatives, including progress against deliverables, cost management, next steps and needs from sponsors to alleviate hurdles.
  • Provide input and recommendations to leadership on network optimization and supply chain strategies.
  • Develop and manage detailed project documentation, including risk mitigation strategies, progress reports, and performance metrics.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Food Science, or a related field.
  • 5-7 years of progressive experience in supply chain, project management, or related fields.
  • Proven ability to manage mid-sized, cross-functional projects with moderate complexity.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on driving process improvements.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across teams and influence key stakeholders.

New Hire Base Salary Range:
$118,400.00 - $148,000.00
Bonus: This position is eligible for a performance-based bonus as provided by the plan terms and governing documents.
The compensation offered will take into account internal equity and may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors
