SR PROJECT MANAGER

We’re looking for a highly strategic and operationally excellent Sr Project Manager to drive complex, high-impact initiatives across our client's Go-to-Market (GTM) organization. This full-time, remote role based in Chile will partner with senior leaders across Marketing, Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Enablement to deliver programs that accelerate GTM effectiveness and support the company's global growth.

This role also owns the operational framework and execution of translation and localization workflows, ensuring we scale globally in a consistent and efficient way.

About the Role

The Sr Project Manager (GTME) plays a critical role in defining, driving, and sustaining cross-functional programs that advance GTM strategy. You’ll work closely with the Sr Manager, GTM Program Management and senior leadership to operationalize major initiatives, shape how teams work together, and ensure programs deliver measurable business impact.

This is not a coordination-focused role. It requires a strong strategic lens, exceptional relationship-building skills, and the ability to influence senior stakeholders across multiple disciplines. You’ll proactively identify priorities, define program structures, introduce operational rigor, and help teams navigate complexity.

You will also own the end-to-end translation process, ensuring scalable, high-quality localization as a foundational part of the global GTM motion.

The ideal candidate thinks in systems, leads with clarity, and can operate independently while keeping diverse teams aligned.

What You’ll Do

Lead strategic, cross-functional GTM programs

  • Own high-visibility, long-term, and/or high-risk programs with measurable business outcomes.
  • Define program goals, success criteria, milestones, and cross-functional workstreams in partnership with senior leaders.
  • Shape how work gets done by developing program structures, operational frameworks, and consistent execution practices across GTME.

Operationalize GTM strategy through program and process design

  • Translate strategic priorities into actionable plans and repeatable processes.
  • Evolve and optimize GTME’s project management methodologies, templates, intake systems, and operating rhythms.
  • Identify interdependencies across teams and proactively mitigate risks before they impact delivery.

Drive execution and alignment across Marketing, Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Enablement

  • Facilitate alignment among senior stakeholders, ensuring clarity of ownership, priorities, and decisions.
  • Build strong, trusted relationships that enable influence without authority.
  • Provide clear, consistent communication to leadership, including status updates, risk assessments, recommendations, and resourcing implications.

Own translation and localization workflows across GTM

  • Manage the operational framework for translation intake, prioritization, workflow management, and delivery.
  • Ensure scalability, quality, and efficiency of localization processes across teams (without vendor strategy responsibility).
  • Partner with global stakeholders to ensure localization supports overall GTM strategy.

Advance operational excellence and continuous improvement

  • Implement measurable project and program metrics to increase visibility and improve decision-making.
  • Lead retrospectives to identify cross-team optimizations and drive continuous improvement across GTME.
  • Help establish and mature GTM-wide operating mechanisms that support strategic alignment and predictable execution.

What You Should Have

  • 8+ years of project or program management experience in SaaS or a similarly fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead complex, strategic, and high-impact programs with measurable business outcomes.
  • Experience managing cross-functional GTM initiatives and partnering with senior leadership across Marketing, Product, Sales, or Customer Success.
  • Experience with translation, localization, or internationalization processes in a scaling organization.
  • Exceptional relationship-building and stakeholder management skills; able to influence decisions and drive alignment across teams and levels.
  • Strong operational rigor: skilled at creating frameworks, systems, workflows, dashboards, and communication mechanisms that enable predictable execution.
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity, manage competing priorities, and anticipate risks in dynamic environments.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to tailor messages to different audiences, including senior leadership.
  • Highly organized, analytical, thoughtful, and solution-oriented.
  • Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools such as Notion, Slack, and Google Workspace.
  • A proactive, resourceful approach that balances autonomy with strong alignment to GTME leadership.
