Staff:

Estimated annual base pay: $113,000.00(minimum) - $147,000.00(midpoint) - $181,000.00(maximum)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design & Development: Create and optimize mechanical systems and components to meet performance and industry standards.

  • Project Leadership: Manage small to medium-sized engineering projects, ensuring timely delivery and resource coordination.

  • Problem-Solving: Address complex engineering challenges using advanced principles and innovative solutions.

  • Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams (design, manufacturing, quality assurance) to integrate systems into broader projects.

  • Mentorship: Guide and support junior engineers to enhance team capabilities and foster professional growth.

Key Skills:

  • Strong understanding of system-level thinking and physics-based modeling.

  • Strategic decision-making using trade studies and balancing tactical/strategic priorities.

  • Proven ability to navigate conflicting or incomplete requirements.

  • Leadership in mentoring engineering teams and supporting NPI initiatives.

  • Effective technical communication and consensus-building with diverse teams.

  • Knowledge of industry best practices and competitive market awareness.

Successful candidates typically have:

Staff:

  • US – Bachelor's Degree in Arts/Sciences (BA/BS)

  • Greater than 8 years’ experience in related field or entry level PhD degree

  • Pump development experience
