Strategic Sales & Operations Associate
We are looking for a Strategy and Sales Operations Associate.
Your work will drive and continually improve Keeper’s Sales business. S&O works cross functionally sitting on the corporate side of the business and working intimately with our Sales teams in the US and Ireland, Digital Marketing, and Finance. S&O is the centerpiece between Sales, Marketing and the Executive Leadership team ensuring sales and marketing effectiveness, optimization, efficiency, and most importantly ramping revenue. Top of mind for Keeper’s S&O are thought provoking questions and topics like, why are we doing it this way? Analytics in Salesforce shows this so let’s do it another way. And, we’re getting an amazing impact to our bottom line but let’s pivot slightly to do this even better.
Here’s what you can expect to do:
- Lead and execute Salesforce campaigns, reporting, and dashboards in connection with Marketing and Sales teams.
- Uncover Marketing campaigns opportunities and manage Salesforce initiatives that focus on driving revenue and process improvements.
- Collaborate with Digital Marketing, Sales and other corporate teams to ensure that Enterprise Sales efforts are successful and if not, why not, and recommend what’s to be done about it.
- Run ad hoc projects that require comfort with numbers, queries, math, and massive amounts of data.
- Use your mastery of Salesforce, sales, marketing, and process improvement to resolve operational issues on the fly and make meaningful impacts.
You’re right for this role if you have:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or other business degree, or equivalent and relevant experience.
- A minimum of 3 years of high impact work experience improving processes, management consulting, or sales.
- A power-user pedigree in Salesforce. Knowledge of Salesforce admin back end along with experience creating reports and dashboards.
- Familiarity with SalesLoft or other B2B marketing tool.
- Demonstrated experience working with broad cross-functional teams focused on sales.
- Advanced Excel modeling experience required. Prefer proficiency with SQL.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- High energy, team player, creative thinker, and strategic influencer.
- Maturity and sound business judgment. Skilled in negotiating, influencing others, analytical thinking, leading others, and executing and implementing projects.
