The Systems Analyst will be accountable for continuous development of our Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system and managing the integrations between our customers’ systems to our own system. In this role, the Systems Analyst will optimize our ERP to empower our team to execute more efficiently, enabling success across the organization. While working with the ERP users, the Systems Analyst will identify gaps in processes and formulate solutions. In addition, the Systems Analyst will partner with cross-functional teams on various projects and assist in administering system trainings.

General Functions + Job Responsibilities:
- Administrative responsibilities for our ERP system including, but limited to, setting up employees, overseeing general system maintenance, creating process flows, scripting, monitoring system performance, etc.
- Own the flow of data in and out of our ERP system to ensure data integrity, monitor the systems integration and work with our 3rd party vendors to troubleshoot any issues
- Assist in managing new system integration with our ERP software
- Partner with cross-functional departments to optimize their user experience and process in the ERP
- Responsible for end-to-end management of our new customer EDI onboarding process, communication between customers and our 3rd Party EDI management company and EDI testing with our ERP
- Assist in building and implementing our EDI strategy road map to streamline document sharing between us and our partners
- Proactively monitor and manage our current and future connections and IT system network for both internal and external use
- Continuously research industry leading technology and best practices to ensure RXBAR maintains its competitive edge and delivers best in class service
- Leverage knowledge and expertise to act as a resource for training and supporting internal teams across the organization
- Monitor and identify gaps in our system network and develop risk mitigation plans to strengthen our IT infrastructure
Skills and Qualifications:
- Positive attitude, a thirst for knowledge, and an excitement for growing our business
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Finance, Information Systems, Computer Science or related discipline
- Previous experience working with ERP systems (Netsuite preferred)
- Strong business process and problem-solving capabilities
- 2-4 years of experience in the CPG, Retail or Manufacturing industry
- Experience working on process development and improvement projects
- Experience working on cross-functional project teams
- Familiar with business operations and/or finance processes
- Working knowledge of SQL and/or Java preferred
