Technical Project Manager

Our Project Management team is looking for an enthusiastic and driven Technical Project Manager who has the ability to balance both technical and soft skills to deliver multiple Telecom/IT Software Development projects on-time and within budget

What you'll be doing:

  • Manage the entire project development life cycle from requirements to deployment to ensure timely deliverables, project success, and quality
  • Identify potential issues and risks and work collaboratively to resolve them
  • Implement best practices and proven methodologies for managing projects, including lessons learned from previous projects
  • Manage internal and external customer relationships and expectations through negotiation and partnering
  • Document all project artifacts and ensure that they are complete, organized, and stored appropriately
  • Actively learn and understand our proprietary voice technology
  • Take a leadership role in empowering and motivating team members to do their best work
  • Communicate frequently with team members and stakeholders on status

What we need to see from you:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
  • 3-5 years experience managing projects in a technical environment as a Technical Project Manager or Lead Engineer
  • Experience in directly interacting with internal and external customers
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment
  • Hands-on software development experience with the ability to identify inter-dependencies
  • Understand technical vision and communicate it effectively to technical and non-technical parties
  • Ability to think strategically and exercise sound judgment when troubleshooting problems
  • Passionate about team dynamics, process efficiency, and project success

Bonus points for:

  • Telecom knowledge or work experience
  • Experience with JIRA and Confluence
