What's on the menu?
- Drive the coordination and execution of University Relations recruitment, programming, onboarding, interns and alumni engagement
- Work with internal stakeholders to understand university recruiting needs
- Increase brand awareness and represent Kraft Heinz in recruitment opportunities
- Provide support and serve as a resource to interns and trainees
- Review data points to help the team make data driven decisions on recruiting and strategic partnerships
- Work with external partners on various purchasing activities

- I have experience in HR, Recruiting or related field; preferably university recruiting experience
- I have Excellent Excel, PowerPoint, and Data Management Skillsets
- I have a proven ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- I am able to execute, and deliver on a strategy with precision
- I have strong verbal and written communication skills
- I can think critically and solution quickly, at times in the moment
