We are seeking a multifaceted and highly-motivated recruiting professional to join the University Relations (UR) team. As a UR Recruiter you will play a key role in our companys early talent pipeline reporting to the Head of University Relations.

The University Relations Recruiter will have an understanding of the university recruitment cycles and selection process, a passion for connecting with students, and a drive to build and maintain relationships with universities and colleges.
The ideal candidate would have a strong DE&I focus, the ability to handle competing priorities, and the capability to build and maintain integral client relationships both internally and externally.
As the University Relations Recruiter you will...
- Drive the coordination and execution of University Relations recruitment, programming, onboarding, interns and alumni engagement
- Work with internal partners to understand university recruiting needs
- Increase brand awareness and represent Kraft Heinz in recruitment opportunities
- Provide support and serve as SME to interns and trainees
- Review data points to help the team make data driven decisions on recruiting and strategic partnerships
- Work with external partners on various purchasing activities
- Bring creative touches and pitch ideas to improve the programs

Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree required
- Excellent Excel, PowerPoint, and Data Management Skillsets
- Experience in HR, Recruiting or related field; preferably university recruiting experience
- Work independently with the ability to provide problem- resolution
- Have a keen eye for detail and can remain organized through a rapidly changing environment
The Kraft Heinz return to work policy is 3 days in office (Chicago, Il- Aon Center); 2 days remote (per the manager discretion).
Expected travel - Up to 25% during peak recruitment season.
