 The Web Marketing Manager will be responsible for optimizing and maintaining multiple websites across several verticals with a focus on driving UX and improving conversion. By utilizing analytics and multivariate testing platforms, this individual will work to improve our web experiences through hands-on changes within a CMS, supported by a strong technology team.

Additionally, this person must be a subject-matter expert in the areas of web analytics, multivariate testing, and SMS/MMS, as this individual will not only be a primary user for these tools but also be responsible for the use of these communication streams across the organization.

The Web Marketing Manager will report directly to the Senior Vice President of Consumer Marketing.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage and improve presence and experience for customer-facing web properties
  • Provide ongoing business analytics and insights that will include (but not be limited to): visits, funnel analysis, online and web-to-offline conversions, and A/B testing
  • Work to maintain a roadmap for web-based improvements that support strategic goals, relying heavily on consumer insights and analytics to help formulate all strategies and recommendations.
  • Work with internal teams to focus on content effectiveness, conversion, and user experience
  • Work with user experience and technical experts to rationalize and propose the best experience based on the desired business impact
  • Help stakeholders achieve targets respective to key web KPIs that drive business objectives including but not limited to conversion rate, task completion rate, and visitor count.
  • Serve as the primary user of CMS platforms and drive self-service solutions for secondary users that allow for content creation, updates, and optimization by non-technical staff.
  • Act as the primary owner of the testing platform and reporting, continually testing ideas to increase web conversions and interactions, lower costs, and increase program value.
  • Own web analytics platform and reporting, creating, distributing, and utilizing dashboards to drive consumer insights and improve processes.
  • Be responsible for unit costs and day-to-day vendor relationships for both analytics and testing platforms.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years in a digital marketing role, including hands on web content management and optimization
  • Experience in presenting personalized and relevant content based on persona and/or user behavior
  • Extensive experience with web analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe SiteCatalyst, Heap, etc.
  • Extensive experience with multivariate testing and optimization tools such as Test&Target, Optimizely, Google Optimize, etc.
  • Experience working with both business and technical teams
  • Proven ability to balance work streams from multiple parties and propose schedule changes to meet deadlines
  • Experience with HTML, CSS and other front-end programming languages
  • Demonstrated track record of success in e-commerce marketing and/or development
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Computer Science, or related field.
