  Our home base is a hip office with exposed brick and duct work, windows we can actually open during the summer and an open floor plan – no cubicle life here.

  So what do we want from you?

  • Organize and coordinate volunteer activities and “Give Back” challenges across our US locations
  • Manage communications for the Guaranteed Rate “Core Values” awards, which are presented to exceptional employees for a variety of achievements
  • Provide administrative assistance to the Executive Project Manager and the SVP of HR related to employee recognition initiatives
  • Organize miscellaneous recordkeeping requirements for the onsite Nurse Practitioner and the Health Clinic at our corporate office
  • Coordinate Telemedicine services to Guaranteed Rate employees in various states
  • Help with the annual Thanksgiving Food Drive competition
