The Lead, Finance - Modeling & NPD will develop financial models for product portfolio management and new product evaluations. Responsibilities include providing analytical insights, maintaining business case models, and guiding long-term financial planning. Collaboration with commercial finance and project finance leads is essential to ensure all financial assumptions and guidelines are met for new product development projects.

Responsible for supporting various business units through financial modeling, budgeting, and strategic planning. Provide financial leadership to leaders of the businesses and ensure compliance with policies and controls. Develop business case models for new opportunities and lead budgeting and forecasting processes. Mentor and develop team members to drive high performance and engagement.
