Requires excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.

Leads and directs a multi-line underwriting group, accountable for business results, management, profitability, and business development. Develops and implements operating plans, reviews underwriting policy, and markets products through agencies. Requires an MBA or equivalent experience, with at least ten years of underwriting experience.
