Lead and participate in brainstorms to conceptualize unique content topics.
Partner and collaborate with stakeholders from business, analytics, UX, content, to the agent salesforce to help determine topically relevant ideas and data needed for various editorials.
Conduct extensive primary research (via digital surveys) to capture consumer opinions, sentiments, and trends; summarizing strategic insights and analyses, complete with demographic comparisons.
Utilize statistics to identify significance, noise, and correlations in data.
Partner & pitch research to relevant publishers or media outlets, occasionally; engage with external publishers to provide clarity or extended insights, occasionally.
Frequently review competitor research and/or data insights strategy, analyzing any impact it had with engagement or interest.
Share and apply learnings.
Create and execute a survey calendar that takes into business and content goals and deadlines; maintain a strategy document to ensure research strategies align with consumer purchase cycles (discovery, consideration, buy).
