Our Infrastructure and Analytics team is growing, and we are looking to add a Product Manager who will lead the effort. As our Product Manager (Data), you’ll help drive product vision, direction, and execution for our core platform. This role will be responsible for developing our internal Infrastructure and Analytics products, which will drive personalized recommendations for Built In’s active and passive job-seeking community.

The Product Release Project Manager should be a highly organized individual with excellent communication skills. The focus of this position is to work with Paylocity leadership to ensure enhancements and challenges to our products are complete and appropriately communicated to our development team. The position will assist our developers to help investigate issues and to transform client enhancement into actionable stories for the Development team. Part of the responsibilities of the role will communicate progress and resolution to internal stakeholders. This role also engages with stakeholders to drive improvements in how they perform their work and leverage technology. A successful Product Release Project Manager will effectively use their resources, both people and technology, to fill the business needs and must have a talent for collaboration and the ability to critically prioritize client concerns.

We are looking for a VP of Product with exceptional communication skills and demonstrated experience leading and growing product teams. This person will work closely with senior leadership to help set the product roadmap and will collaborate across the organization and with our users to build products that will delight our customers.

The Sr. Product Manager reports to the Director of Product and provides traditional product management support including capturing and translating business requirements to the engineering team, writing user stories & acceptance criteria, conducting marketing research and performing testing.  The Sr. Product Manager will provide a business perspective during the product development process and develop KPIs to measure overall business performance (e.g. operational, financial and customer satisfaction).  The Sr. Product Manager will have both internal and external facing responsibilities.  Internally, the PM will work with the engineering, data & analytics, sales and marketing teams to identify and implement features that improve adoption and growth of the platform.  Externally, the PM will work with integration partners to define project scope and objectives and support efficient execution and conduct testing.

Reports to the Chief Financial Officer, works with key business leaders, including the heads of Sales, HR, Business Development and Product Development. Works as corporate generalist with strong emphasis in corporate compliance, global entity/subsidiary governance and general corporate issues including substantive legal areas such as contracts, real estate, intellectual property, employment, and data protection.  Supports and manages acquisition diligence and transaction execution.  Supports customer contract negotiations. Enjoys a high pace environment working either autonomously or within teams and with business leaders.

As an Associate Product Owner, you are helping to evolve our products and bring to market new features. The PO is a key member of the Product Team primarily responsible for guiding concepts through development to launch. This role works closely with a multi-disciplinary team that includes Product Management, Design, QA, Engineering and the Scrum Master.
