Develop effective People solutions in support of the growing business across the Americas.
Provide People data which drives conversations & deliver optimized processes.
Guide the business on organizational development and structural changes to help improve integration, collaboration, communication, and change management on all levels throughout the Americas.
Partner with the Talent Acquisition team in implementing a talent program to support team leads in the employee life-cycle (onboarding, training & development, offboarding, and working environment).
Partner with global line of business leaders and various stakeholders throughout relayr to align the Americas’ total rewards program (base compensation, MBO, commission, retirement, and health benefits).
Be responsible for recognizing, creating, and implementing plans to promote diversity & inclusion.
