The Role: The role of Associate Product Manager focuses on making sure our data vendors are happy, informed, and confident that their intellectual property is handled properly. The role also focuses on communication with vendors and with our client team on day-to-day issues with clarity, tact, and discretion. Finally, the Associate Product Manager serves as a point of contact for our data operations team and he or she has the opportunity to lead process improvements and define requirements for software development as it relates to helping build tools that make the job more efficient. Reporting to the Regional Market Leader – Sales, the Client Outreach Associate is responsible for supporting the regional go-to-market team by forging relationships with new health systems, hospitals and other potential clients in the assigned region. In addition, Client Outreach will facilitate the internal sales processes for all new and existing clients in the assigned region. As a member of a regional team, the Client Outreach Associate will assist in the development of monthly, quarterly and annual strategic plans to ensure revenue growth targets are achieved.
