Facilitate formalized onboarding, training content, and schedules for sales associates and executives.
Create effective training materials utilizing a variety of resources, in conjunction with the sales leadership team.
Develop continuous sales training programs, including call coaching, role play initiatives, creating sales processes, lead generation and referrals, prospecting, closing, etc.
Effectively present training modules to individual, small, and large audiences and provide relevant feedback and coaching in order to improve observed behaviors in the field.
Conduct re-training (as necessary), new hire evaluations, and support corporate training efforts and progress reports to sales management.
Manage follow-up of completed training to evaluate and measure results; modify programs as needed.
