Deliver strategic, consultative support related to policies and procedures, on-boarding, employee benefits, talent development, performance management, and employee relations.
Handle complex and sensitive employment-related inquiries from employees, and supervisors.
Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations. Recommended best practices; reviews policies and practices to maintain compliance.
Conducts or assists with record audits and mandatory reports, which may include I-9 audits, EEO-1 filings, payroll audits, and other compliance reviews.
Be the primary point of contact for day to day benefits administration with Maven Wave's brokers and carriers. Assist with audits and benefit reviews.
Act as admin for 401(k) including filing of Form 5500, maintaining distribution requests, managing annual testing and compliance notifications and coordination of audit.
Prepare and analyze reports of HR data results and statistics around trends and patterns. Make recommendations of results, present and explain findings to leadership.
Analyzes data and statistics for trends and patterns with attention, motivation, turnover, and compliance with employment laws and regulations.
