We’re looking for a proven, motivated, and empathetic account manager to ensure our customers become raving fans. You will have spent a portion of your career in customer facing roles where you’ve been accountable for customer health, growth and renewals. In this role, you’ll be responsible for a book of business consisting of 40-45 accounts. Success will be measured by various key performance indicators including Net Promoter Score, Customer Satisfaction Score, and Net Revenue Retention to name a few.
