Technical Quality Analyst
Conduct routine and non-routine post-release/implementation tests using a variety of testing devices and procedures to maintain product quality.
Develop and apply testing processes for new and existing products to meet client needs.
Create comprehensive and well-structured test plans and test cases, and alter quality assurance test plans according to product specifications.
Assist in the creation and maintenance of testing standard processes, and systems that align with industry standards.
Review requirements, specifications, and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback, and work closely with development teams to understand technical details.
Identify, record, and document potential quality issues and bugs, and escalate the issue to management when necessary.
Perform thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved, and prepare quality reports for internal review.
Analyze data and recommend potential improvements in the quality system.
Work with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle.
Stay up to date with new testing tools and test strategies.
