Courses will include, but will not be limited to, time management, productivity, business enhancement, execution and technology. The Employee Development Trainer will research and work with technology training vendors to curate IT courses for CCC’s P & T groups and seek to understand their continuing learning needs. Additionally, the Employee Development Trainer is accountable for providing on-going training on CCCIS products and services for multiple audiences, as well as creating training materials and training administrative management. Experience with online training is a requirement. The ideal candidate pays strong attention to detail, has superior listening skills and takes direction well. The candidate should display a sense of urgency and the ability to handle and complete a variety of tasks or multiple projects in a fast-paced environment to meet departmental deadlines. He or she will work in a team environment with a positive attitude and interact effectively with all levels of personnel within our organization.
