Client development and retention.
Grow revenue from your existing clients through upselling and by identifying/closing new services.
Identify and develop additional strategic opportunity within client organizations.
Leverage client relationships for strategic referrals.
Set up and onboard new clients.
Facilitate and run Shiftgig product demos to new customers and users.
Effectively set, manage, and measure client expectations.
Communicate policies, procedures and best practices with customers to create a foundation of success .
Prioritize activities and meetings to ensure you are focused on your largest opportunities.
Facilitate and present annual/quarterly business reviews with enterprise and growth accounts.
Build account plans for your enterprise-level accounts to understand key decision makers, org charts, current investment, tech adoption, and new revenue opportunity.
Monitor fill rates and work with customers to ensure shift success rates align with key corporate initiatives.
Become a compliance expert on all accounts in your book of business and work with the Operations team to be sure all services are set up correctly.
Monthly forecasting your book of business.
Assist in A/R management.
Become an expert user of Shiftgig technology.
Use Salesforce.com daily to log activities, contact, tasks, daily checklists, and pipeline and forecast reporting.
