Serve as the RXBAR head of social media, developing and executing best-in-class social and influencer approaches in alignment with key stakeholders.
Develop RXBAR's overarching social media strategy, bringing RXBAR's voice and brand to life across multiple platforms to our current and future social communities.
Weave a strong vision with emerging trends, compelling content, pop culture conversations and analytics.
Collaborate with creative teams on creation of creative assets and campaigns to drive growth, reach and engagement. Push the boundaries to create compelling content that shows RXBAR’s dedication to being cool, cultured and committed while connecting with followers in fresh ways.
Maintain a balanced level of assets across all brands/objectives, inclusive of retailers, partners, influencers, UGC, cultural tentpoles, recipes, reviews, etc.
Support our global footprint and support applicable countries, raising awareness of the brand and playing a crucial role in the development of RXBAR.
Oversee community management to make sure engagement across all channels is appropriate, on-brand and as real-time as possible.
Showcase learnings to the Marketing leadership team, providing monthly insights on KPIs, performance and competitive as well as action plans for growth.
