This position will be on the front lines of day to day customer execution, managing customer relationships over the phone and via email. This position is well suited for organized individuals who possess tremendous attention to detail and drive. With an extensive training and mentorship program, newer team members will quickly become comfortable with the technology used, the transportation industry, grasp how the company grew and cultivate customer relationships, which allows peer to peer coaching.
