As a Lead IT Engineer, you will lead the design and implementation of critical IT services across Vivid Seats' offices and cloud environments. This is a hands-on position that will tackle some of our most difficult challenges scaling and transforming our infrastructure foundation to enable and secure a modern workforce's needs. You'll work with stakeholders across the company to identify needs, architect solutions, and lead projects. As the technical subject matter expert on your team, you'll also be tasked with mentoring engineers, defining best practices for an agile operations team, and challenging the team to continuously improve.

Assist in identifying problem accounts, work cross-functionally with a team of Account Managers to mitigate the risk of cancellation or future disservice and serve as a point of contact for the customer if they, or the Account Manager, requests escalation internally. Improve the retention rate for Cvent's existing customer base and thus increase revenue impact across Cvent Products. This includes remediating assigned at-risk accounts as well as identifying new revenue generating opportunities within at-risk accounts, when appropriate and relevant. Advise the assigned Account Manager on suggested remediation and next steps and/or work directly with the customer toward a resolution, if appropriate. Customer Retention Managers are expected to develop a complete and unbiased understanding of the escalated account situation and work with the relevant teams to find a solution. Manage the data collected through the At-Risk Account (ARA) program and be prepared to present key feedback to Cvent leadership and department leads. Help coordinate and then ensure consistency across the various teams in terms of policies and processes for handling at-risk customer interaction and escalations.

Supplier Specialist Intern

As a supplier specialist intern, you will be a front-line employee working directly with event suppliers. You will have an opportunity to get in on the ground floor of a growing company and learn about Eved's award-winning technology. You will be responsible for the successful onboarding and ongoing relationship management of suppliers in the Eved Supplier Network. You will be responsible for learning about the Eved’s solution from the supplier vantage points. This person will understand and be able to convey the benefits of Eved to suppliers around the global in your local language.

The Director of Merchant Services will manage a team of supplier specialists (located in Chicago and Europe) who are responsible for acquiring new merchants. In addition to managing the team, this person will lead initiatives to expand Eved’s merchant network and brand and build strategic supplier relationships and partnerships. Success in this role depends upon the ability to effectively manage a global team, communicate Eved’s value proposition to merchants, and build relationships with senior level stakeholders (both suppliers and planners). Track record in managing people and experience leading merchant services team is highly preferred.

Product Support Specialist

The Product Support Specialist is the main resource for providing support and customer service to Eved’s growing global client community. This individual will possess the knowledge base that covers all capabilities of Eved’s technology solution and is a product expert for functionality questions. The PSS spends a significant time demonstrating Eved and its products to end users, performing trainings to members, and covering support questions on a daily basis.  This individual will also work directly with the Eved Product & Development Teams to resolve complex issues as well as be a key resource for future product enhancements.  This PSS position will be responsible for providing support hours 8:30am - 5:00pm Monday through Friday.
