Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the office.
Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office.
Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email.
Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk (MyKastle, issue visitor badges).
Ensure reception area is presentable.
Assist with conference room coordination reservations; prepares meeting rooms.
Looks after the kitchen, including stocking items (coffee, tea, condiments), dishwasher upkeep, etc.
Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries.
Order front office supplies and keep inventory of stock.
Perform other ad-hoc administrative projects; clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing, scheduling.
Coordinate front-desk activities, including distributing correspondence and redirecting phone calls.
