Serve as primary system administrator for the Salesforce environment with 100+ users.
Handle all basic administrative functions including reporting, user account maintenance, custom dashboards and alerts, workflows and other routine tasks.
Complete regular internal system audits and prepare for upgrades.
Coordinate the evaluation, scope and completion of new development requests.
Scope and recommend additional Salesforce features, tools, or third-party additions that may improve process or workflows.
Work with our institutional management team to establish suitable processes to support administrative, development, and change management activities.
Assist in training of new users, and grow the Salesforce skill set across the organization.
Maintain data collection for integrity and accuracy including cleansing and duplicate record management.
Manage operational requests and reporting including customer analysis and individual views, and troubleshoot issues.
Assist a variety of teams to help support financial forecasting, opportunity tracking, staffing and resourcing, and marketing and qualification.
