Services Sales: Being the primary point of contact for the development of our services proposals, estimates and scoping calls as well as developing presales consulting collateral to streamline the production of proposals, estimates, and Statements of Work. Strategizing with our services and sales leadership to enhance our services sales process within iManage.
Customer Engagement: Participating in billable project delivery tasks when needed; assessing customer requirements, understanding work practices and nature of their business to formulate preliminary solution design.
Documentation: Creating client deliverables such as presentations, preliminary solution design documentation and task lists. Supporting case study development and providing lessons learned feedback to our project teams.
Industry and Tech Trends: Maintaining a working knowledge of current and trending technologies both internally and within the industry, as well as their applicability to the organization.
Collaboration: Developing close working relationships with R&D, Sales and Support teams to foster collaboration and teamwork.
