As the Director of Program Management, you will report directly to the Vice President of Product and User Experience and be responsible for growing the first program management team at Vivid Seats. In your first few months at Vivid Seats you will hire, train, and lead a small team of Project Managers reporting directly to you. You will leverage your track record of successful execution and program management to introduce best practices to our fast-paced environment. You will quickly assess situations and make recommendations for key decisions and will be responsible for ensuring all teams are aligned on priorities as well as communicating out to the broader organization on those priorities. Your main responsibility of shepherding ideas into actionable plans and delivering results will require you to align resourcing, assess risk and feasibility, establish and cultivate processes, generate timelines, estimate costs and effort, remove blockers, and provide information on initiatives to senior leadership. The types of initiatives in the program management office portfolio can span from security to call center operations to marketing to product development centered initiatives. This is a unique opportunity to create something that does not exist and fill a meaningful organizational gap, while delivering high impact along the way.

Technical Project Manager, Enterprise Events

Serve as a point of contact for the customer on a single or multiple large scale events. Act as the point of contact in managing all planning and onsite aspects of the event through heavy engagement with the customer. Directly support and consult with customers on how to best leverage Cvent's Enterprise Event onsite solution functionality. Act as a liaison between supplier vendors and customers to quote, order, and manage event specific materials. Work with strategic partners to ensure successful delivery of hardware and supplies onsite. Troubleshoot potential issues to ensure the customer's success at their event. Manage several concurrent projects of differing sizes and complexity. Help develop and improve upon internal processes specific to managing Enterprise Event projects. Identify and define product improvements and enhancements as they pertain to client needs and overall deployment.
