This is a hunter role you are expected to close new business and support the Market Expansion team to open new markets. Conduct outbound calls to build relationships and set meetings with corporate customers. You are comfortable closing new accounts through in-person meetings with potential customers. Leverage current national relationships to assist with acquiring new business. Create the launch calendar for each new market Fooda launches. Be resourceful in reaching new customers and show diligence with following up on leads. Demonstrate high energy, bring a positive attitude and enjoy making a lot of phone calls.

Learn and demonstrate a fundamental understanding of our services and technology platform and be able to clearly articulate the advantages over competitors. Contribute to every component of the critical functions associated with fulfilling the sales cycle (forecasting, reporting, customer database maintenance, communications etc.). Working a specific number of black-tie and gala events in order to understand our specific industry.

Design, build and implement a comprehensive sales enablement program, including tools, processes and certification programs to increase sales velocity and conversion rates. Partner with Sales Leadership to identify knowledge and gaps in skill across the company and conduct ongoing needs assessments. Design and implement metrics to ensure consistent evaluation and measurement of training certifications for reporting to Senior Management.
