Our multi-level sales organization is composed of stylists and support staff who use our technology tools, data and customer acquisition funnel to provide personalized service and styling to bridal parties. Working closely with other functional leads, this role will entail strategic and tactical activities, with a focus on building for scale, performance optimization, retention and customer experience. The VP of Sales will have a proactive approach to sales development, addressing day-to-day operating issues as well as providing strategic input.

Assist online customers including responding quickly to questions and assisting them through the sizing and checkout process . Maintain regular communication to online customers to follow up and make the sale. Roll up your sleeves and work hard to meet the customer's needs at every turn. Build the Brideside brand through your brand ambassadorship- both inside and outside the store . Support stylists in achieving monthly sales goals and work towards maximizing sales conversion. Assist stylists to get their customers through the pipeline through Salesforce with extensive CRM notes, maintain regular and responsive communications to existing customers, and help the bridal party, including all bridesmaids, through the online checkout process.
