eCommerce Marketing Manager
Lead the strategic development of the eCommerce marketing calendar and execution of promotional events, product launches and acquisition tactics.
Use segmentation and behavioral data to develop, implement, and manage programs that drive repeat sales, build loyalty, and reduce churn by engaging customers with targeted, relevant content and merchandising at each stage of the customer lifecycle.
Devise cross- and up-selling strategies and work with eCommerce Solutions Manager to implement.
Lead and analyze creative and promotional tests across our website and email programs in concert with Email Marketing Manager and Marketing Analytics Manager.
Further develop and evaluate channel KPIs, keeping leadership aware of analytics and data summaries.
Help provide strategic guidance, insight and knowledge about market trends, consumer attitudes, competitors and the digital marketing space.
