Support Sales team in scheduling follow ups with prospects, crafting and editing proposals and occasionally managing agendas, travel arrangements, appointments, etc.
Leading Demo of our SaaS software product to potential customers with accompanied Sales representative.
Create RFP/RFIs response task plans for internal team members, manage email correspondence with RFP agency, and manage response plan activities and timeline to meet deadlines. Create response template and populate with “toolkit” content as needed.
Attend sales presentations, prepare demo environments and create demo scripts.
Provide Sales leadership with sales operations and marketing, managing and following up with identified leads, entering sales leads, contacts and opportunity information into Salesforce, preparing weekly schedules, including Salesforce activity reports.
Submit timely reports and prepare presentations and proposals as assigned.
Assist in creating blog articles and posting to social media outlets.
Provide oversight of Google Ad words optimization and social media marketing campaigns to improve lead generation and close sales.
Identify opportunities to streamline and optimize operations with technology.
Assist colleagues whenever necessary.
