Work with internal teams (e.g. Client Services, Sales, Marketing, etc.) on email delivery questions, issues, roadmap, and best practices. Occasionally assist on prospect and existing customer calls.
Monitor, analyze and interpret data to identify delivery issues and maintain high email deliverability.
Perform client deliverability investigations; produce reports and actionable recommendations.
Create and maintain documentation.
Keep informed of email industry news, trends, regulations and best practices as they relate to deliverability.
Maintain and develop relationships within the email deliverability community.
Assist with implementing custom email configurations for existing and new clients.
Produce product requirements for messaging-related features, products, and projects.
