Exciting evolution phase of our market leading software Cloud platform and working closely with the existing lead UI/UX developer to extend the team that companywide provides a lynchpin in the product and development team reporting to the head of development. Design and build using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Bootstrap, React, Redux and more. Design and implement front end while working closely with developers to help generate requirements for backend system development. Work with other developers on the Sphera Cloud development team on implementation of common functions. Work with Sphera Cloud development team to support and maintain existing production code in the field and develop and deliver new enhancements and products to our client base. Interact with Quality assurance personnel during systems testing phases of application development. Develop documentation including help text, report samples and screen samples.

Participate in the Agile software development (Scrum/Kanban) process from concept through delivery to ensure the successful implementation of user interfaces for our cloud software. Design world class user experiences through the creation of intuitive user interafaces, using established design patterns based on user research. Use established testing procedures to ensure designs are thoroughly tested throughout development and before release. In addition, designs should conform to current accessibility legislation in countries of operations. Collaborate with product owners to define/refine requirements, break down into development tasks, estimate effort, and plan milestones & deliverables.

Develop and implement approval processes for commercial pricing including discounting rules and nonstandard deal terms with the relevant approver responsibility matrix. Create and enable commercial best practices around deal structures that adhere to company policies around Revenue Recognition, Discount and Gross Margin targets. Facilitate deal structuring by developing custom terms and obtaining all subsequent approvals. Maintain scalable operations and feedback loop to deal stakeholders to increase contract velocity and efficiency. Develop an in-depth understanding of subscription model, service/product offerings and recommended contract structures guidance to increase profitability and meet strategic KPIs. Analyze historical won deals for trends and insights to recommend best practices to cross-functional leadership. Support sales leaders in structuring and execution of the company’s most complex opportunities and be the key cross-functional contact for required escalations.
